Participants must pay the conference fees within 7 days by wire transfer. Non-payment records are invalid - except for those who attempt to manage. Full access to the conference includes: main sessions (presentations & panel discussions.) access, access to the exhibition area, free tea & coffee breaks and lunch.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations are refunded between 6 May 2019 - 31 August 2019. No refunds will be made after 31 August 2019. Failure to pay or participate in the event does not constitute a cancellation. If for any reason EFF Organization Limited decides to cancel or postpone this conference, EFF Organization Limited is not responsible for the coverage of flight tickets and other travel expenses incurred by customers. If EFF cancels or delays this event for any reason, you will receive 100% of the paid contract price. EFF Organization Limited will not accept liability for such refunds when it is obliged to cancel or postpone the event for any natural disaster or similar reasons.
