Ali Rıza Ersoy
For 32 years, he acted as the Director of different departments in
Siemens Turkey and was also the General Manager of “Siemens
Business Solutions”. After his role as the E. Board Member and D. General Manager, he established the “ION Academy” in Oct.’17. He is consulting, mentoring/coaching and teaching.
He was born in 1957 in Koçarlı/Aydın. After graduating from the Tarsus American College and Electronics Faculty of Istanbul Technical University, he studied in Technical University of Vienna and got his second B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees. Simultaneously, worked as research assistant for 5 years.
He is the founding President of Digitalization and Industry 4.0 Association, TÜSİAD Industry 4.0 Working Group and Ethics and Reputation Society. Was/is member or member of managing board in the, Medical Imaging,Personnel Management, Turkey Informatics, Informatics Industry, Software Industrialists, International Coach Federation USA, ICF Turkey, Rotary, Propeller, AlumniTurk, Kitchen Fellows, Futurists, Wheat, Slow Food, Western Urla Villages Associations; German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Health & Education and Turkey Science Center Foundations.

“SME/Startup Mentorship” certificates. His books named “Managing Change in the Age of Digitalization & Innovation”, “Coaching/Mentoring in the Digital Age”, “Burnout Syndrome” and “Industry 4.0 Manual” are being prepared for publication.
Oliver Steil has been CEO of TeamViewer since January 2018. He is an internationally experienced manager with a proven track record in building and successfully leading tech champions. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Steil is responsible for the development and implementation of TeamViewer’s strategy.
Before taking over the position of CEO TeamViewer, Mr. Steil was Partner at the international private equity firm Permira. There he built up and headed Permira’s Portfolio Group, which works with global deal teams across all sectors on designing and delivering value creation plans for Permira funds’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining the private equity firm, Mr. Steil served as CEO of Sunrise Communications AG, the largest privately-owned telecommunications provider in Switzerland, and as CEO of Debitel (today: freenet AG), a leading mobile service provider in Germany. He started his career at McKinsey where he became a Partner with focus on the telecommunications and technology sector.
Mr. Steil holds a master’s degree (German diploma) in Electrical Engineering, from the Ruhr-University, Bochum, Germany.

Siemens Nixdorf. He was responsible for the integration of major IT
systems for banking, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications and public
sectors and directed business units responsible for IT outsourcing projects.
Between 2002 and 2013, he worked as the Country Manager for Orange
Business Services. After that, he founded eFinans, a subsidiary of
Finansbank and Cybersoft, which provides electronic tax solutions and
services. SadiAbalı has been working as the General Manager of Radore
since 2016SadiAbalı holds a master’s degree in electronics and communications
engineering from İstanbul Technical University and a MBA from Marmara

Efe Çağlar was born in Izmir in 1984 and graduated from Izmir Atatürk High School and the Department of Industrial Engineering of Selçuk University. Çağlar worked as Analyst for Interneer Turkey between 2007-2010.

Derya İren was born in Istanbul in 1980. She was graduated from
Hüseyin Avni Sözen Anatolian High School and received her B.S
from Istanbul University Business Administration – EN Faculty.
